Defacto is pleased to announce an opening for the position of HR Business Partner (Maternity Leave Cover)

DeFacto is an international fashion brand that offers clothing and accessories for women, men, and children. In Georgia, DeFacto has been operating since 2015 and is currently represented on the market with 7 stores. The company aims to provide customers with high-quality, modern, and affordable products.

Location: Tbilisi
Working hours: 09:00-18:00 (Monday-Friday)

Qualifications:

** Minimum 3 years of HR experience in fast-growing and/or international organizations
** Payroll experience is mandatory
** Strong proficiency in Excel
** Bachelor`s degree
** Excellent command of written and spoken English
** Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment
** Strong communication skills with proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and high attention to detail
** Experience acting as the face of HR, representing HR policies and practices to store managers and employees across the organization
** Proficiency in Google Workspace
** Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Basic Functions:

** Manage end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment processes while ensuring best HR practices
** Provide support to employees on various HR-related topics, including leaves, compensation, payroll, and benefits, and resolve work-related issues
** Manage and process payroll in Excel, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission
** Assist in the development, improvement, and implementation of HR policies and procedures
** Identify and implement initiatives aimed at improving overall employee experience
** Conduct onboarding and orientation for new team members
** Collect, analyze, and maintain HR data using relevant HR metrics tools and company dashboards
** Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and records in both electronic and hard copy formats
** Prepare and submit required HR and payroll reports to local consultants and headquarters
** Promote healthy relationships between employees and management through mediation and handling labor-related issues, management requests, and inquiries
** Manage employee offboarding processes, including exit interviews, turnover tracking, and related statistics
** Act as the main point of contact between business units and headquarters, ensuring timely updates and accurate employee and payroll records
