Georgia Business and Residential Law is pleased to announce an opening for the position of lawyer.
We are hiring two more full-time lawyers to join our legal team. This is a demanding position with real responsibility from day one, with focus on finding practical solutions in individual cases. We are looking for legal professionals who take their work seriously, understand what it means to put the client first, and are committed to delivering consistent, high-quality results.
To complement our existing team, we are looking to hire two lawyers with different personal strengths. One we hope will bring a more structured, detailed oriented and analytical approach, while the other is more energetic and outgoing and confident in communication and relationship management. Both roles are identical in scope and responsibility.
We are looking for two very specific different personalities, that both possess strong professionalism, independence, and the ability to handle demanding legal work with integrity and focus.
This position requires maturity, flexibility, resilience, and a strong work ethic. You must be someone who takes ownership, delivers on deadlines, and is willing to happily adapt your life or schedule on short notice if the situation calls for it—including occasional assignments or travel abroad.
Requirements:
** Master of Laws degree (LL.M) - fully completed
** Fluent in English (spoken and written), with strong legal writing skills
** Ability to work independently, think critically, and take initiative
** High personal and professional standards
** Clear understanding that international clients have other standards and requirements than you might be used to, and willing to fully adapt (internal education will be provided)
** Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to prioritize client needs
** Flexible mindset and readiness to adapt to changing demands
Your responsibilities will include:
** Drafting and reviewing contracts, corporate documents, and legal opinions
** Advising and assisting international private and business clients on legal matters in Georgia and abroad
** Managing communication with authorities, institutions, and counterparties
** Taking control of client files and moving them forward independently
** Delivering work that is accurate, timely, and well communicated¬
