Key Responsibilities:

** Booking Management: Making reservations and ensuring full control over the booking process;
** Communication: Maintaining constant contact with restaurant administrations to clarify reservation details;
** Coordination: Ensuring guest requirements are met and resolving any problematic situations promptly;
** Menu Coordination: Handling and resolving any issues related to menus and catering details.

Requirements & Skills:

** Languages: English at a communicative level (Required). Proficiency in Russian will be considered an advantage;
** Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of office software;
** Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
** Problem Solving: Ability to manage stressful situations and multi-task effectively;
** Personal Traits: Detail-oriented, punctual, and a high sense of responsibility;
** Experience: Previous experience in a similar field is preferred.

Working Conditions:

** Location: Office;
** Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 07:00 PM;
** Overtime: Overtime work is compensated;
** Salary: Fixed salary + Bonuses.

2. Job Vacancy: Tour Coordinator

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Tour Coordinator to join our team and support our travel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

** Tour Assistance: Assisting with tourist routes and providing guidance to travelers;
** Logistics & Coordination: Supporting guides and managing/coordinating with drivers;
** Reservation Management: Verifying and managing bookings for Accommodations, restaurants, and tourist sites;
** Support & Translation: Providing translation and local assistance in emergency situations;
** Guest Services: Handling various customer requests and ensuring high service standards.

Requirements:

** Languages: Proficiency in Georgian and English (Knowledge of Russian is a plus);
** Professional Traits: Reliable, social, and possessing a service-oriented mindset;
** Local Knowledge: Basic knowledge of Georgia`s main tourist attractions and locations;
** Experience: Previous experience in customer service or the hospitality industry is preferred.
