About the Role:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in addressing open claims, resolving disagreements, and managing issues on ongoing jobs. Your responsibilities include maintaining well-organized files and reports, double-checking daily job schedules, overseeing rescheduling efforts, and ensuring timely updates on long-distance deliveries. Your unwavering commitment will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of Zip To Zip Moving, with our primary goal being to keep our customers happy.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess relevant experience in the customer services industry and demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1000 per month

Working conditions:

** 6 hour shift
** Day shift (evening shifts)
** Evening shift (night shifts)
** Five days a week

Work Location: Office, Tbilisi, Lisi/Remote

Responsibilities:

** Process claims efficiently.
** Address issues related to ongoing jobs promptly.
** Manage and oversee the refund process.
** Maintain organized files and reports for incoming cases.
** Resolve disputes effectively and diplomatically.
** Confirm daily job schedules and manage any necessary rescheduling.
** Provide timely updates on long-distance deliveries.

Analysis and Reporting:

** Continuously monitor customer feedback.
** Analyze and address issues based on feedback, suggesting and implementing necessary changes.
