We are looking for new team friends who have experience in POS terminals.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
** Facilitate the implementation and support of Point of Sales systems
** Perform detailed analysis of business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
** Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
** Manage relations with Visa/ Master Card and other schemes
** Manage Relations with processing centers
** Ensure that all Visa/ MasterCard/ other Rules for Chargebacks and Settlements are tracked and implemented timely
** Prepare Statistical/analytical reports
** Maintain relevant MIS and report in a periodic basis
** Ensure Compliance (Internal, Regulator and Visa/ MasterCard) and Audit requirements.
Requirements:
** Minimum 5 years` experience years of work experience in relevant in POS services or business environments, implementing POS applications
** Graduate Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems/Computer science or relevant field;
** Fluent English;
