Description:
As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in real estate market analysis, data collection, upraising, reporting and fundraising. You will work closely with our team, supporting ongoing projects, comprehensive valuations, conducting market surveys, and assisting with client reports. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about the real estate industry and build skills in data analysis and market research.
Location: Tbilisi
Duration: 6 months
Type: Internship (full-time / for students with part-time possibility)
Key Responsibilities:
** Assist in gathering and analyzing real estate market data;
** Assist in conducting research on market trends, property values, and emerging industry developments;
** Collaborate with all departments to gather relevant data;
** Assist in preparing market outlooks, investment briefs, and trend analysis reports.
Qualifications:
** Proficiency in English (is a must);
** Ability to collect, analyze and interpret data;
** Strong analytical thinking skills;
** High level of motivation and a strong desire for career growth.
