Responsibilities:
** Follow up on leads, answer customer questions, provide information, negotiate sales terms and cultivate relationship with customers.
** Maintain relationships with customers or business partners and be informed on products and services.
** Be knowledgeable about current market conditions and competitor information.
** Engage in calling, networking and attending sales meetings to build relationships with clients.
** Maintain accurate records of sales activities, achieve sales target, meet sales quotas and contribute to overall growth of the company.
** Help Customers to process payments for services.
** Data management in order to provide accurate weekly and monthly report to management team.
Skills and Qualifications:
** Customer service skills to listen to the concerns of a customer and be able to address their needs.
** Proven work experience as a sales representative
** Interpersonal skills to work with variety of people each day, build relationship and network
** Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in calling customers and making sales.
** Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of services to potential customers. Physical endurance as sales representative may need to work off hours.
** Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
** Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
** Able to travel abroad occasionally.
** Advance knowledge of English language is a must.
