We are seeking a Project Manager to take ownership of cross-functional technical and content-driven initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with the CEO, technical and marketing team, as well as a high level of autonomy, practical problem-solving, and comfort operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
Working Conditions:
** Salary: up to around $18-20 per hour
** 100% Remote
** Part-time: 20-25h per week
** B2B Contract/freelance
Requirements:
** 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Technical Project Management, or a similar role
** Proven experience working in a startup, or agency, or fast-paced, high-ownership environment
** Strong ability to work independently, take end-to-end ownership of initiatives, and drive execution with minimal supervision.
** Strong communication and organizational skills
** Experience managing and collaborating with technical teams, including task assignment, progress tracking, and delivery oversight
** Solid technical background/experience, including web technologies, infrastructure, or internal tooling
** Working knowledge of scripting or automation to improve efficiency and operational reliability
** Daily availability of at least 4h per day everyday
** Experience with Git-based workflows for version control and team collaboration
** Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Main Responsibilities:
** Work closely with the CEO to plan, prioritize, and deliver company-wide technical and operational initiatives
** Lead and coordinate technical and content teams, collaborating with them on project planning, execution, and delivery
** Assign tasks, track progress, and provide ongoing guidance and support to ensure high-quality and timely outcomes
** Organize tasks, track progress & milestones, and support reporting
** Acting as a central point of coordination for technical execution
** Improve, maintain, and standardize company-wide technical documentation
