Duration: 3 to 6 months` internship
Location: Tbilisi, Georgia
Job description:
A career within Tax division will provide you an opportunity to work with a variety of clients from SME`s to large corporations in providing a range of Tax-advisory services. The intern will become involved with all aspects of the Tax practice and will gain solid, hands-on experience.
Job responsibilities:
** Follow direct instructions under the supervision of the Manager & Service Line Leader;
** Support in data analysis for the preparation of tax reports
** Support in the preparation of various tax returns and computations
** Support in reviewing tax transactions to ensure correct tax treatments are consistently applied
** Work on any other tax duties as assigned
Required qualifications:
** University degree (graduating students) in Finance/Accounting/Audit/Economics;
** Basic knowledge of International Accounting Standards;
** Good knowledge of Tax Legislation;
** Professional appearance and behaviour;
** Excellent knowledge of Georgian and English languages, Russian is an advantage;
** The candidate must be motivated and self-driven, should demonstrate an eagerness to grow in a challenging environment, must exhibit initiative and a strong desire to learn.
Salary: GEL 450 (Net). The internship will last for 3 to 6 months and successful candidates will be eligible for a long-term contract offer.
The firm offers support in continuous professional education programs related to professional qualifications in accounting and finance, e.g. ACCA, CFA, CPA programs and offers wide range of in-house and outsourced training programs for permanent employees.
