JSC Ziraat Bank Georgia is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Operation Assistant.
JSC Ziraat Bank Georgia that is subsidiary of the biggest Turkish bank will employ an experienced Operation-assistant in Tbilisi Branch.
Main Functions and Responsibilities:
** Provide service to physical and legal persons; (Operations in the Banking Program)
** Open accounts to legal persons by checking structure documents of legal entity
** Cash handling operations; (Receiving and issuing of cash, currency exchange transactions)
** Provide consultations and offer banking products;
** Check and record daily documents;
** Other activities related with operating department;
The Skills Required:
** Bachelor`s Degree (preferably banking, financial, business administration)
** Experience in opening accounts of legal persons (examine of structure and foundation documents of legal entity, also control the compliance with the requests of local legislation);
** Knowledge of English and / or Turkish languages;
** At least three years of banking experience in the position; (Preferably in ALTA program)
** Excellent knowledge of office programs;
** High sense of responsibility and effective time- management;
** Knowledge of the Law of Georgia "On Facilitation of Prevention of Illicit Income Legalization" will be distinct advantage;
