We are an international logistics company expanding our operations in Georgia and looking for an experienced Freight Sales Manager to join our friendly, multinational team of young professionals.

Location: Tbilisi, Georgia - Downtown (Vake District)
Work Format: On-site | Full-time
Monday-Friday | 10:00 - 19:00

Your Role & Responsibilities:

As a Freight Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, coordinating transportation processes, and ensuring smooth end-to-end freight operations:

** Prepare price quotations, pro-forma invoices, and final invoices based on client transportation requirements
** Plan, coordinate, and monitor clients` transportation orders, including container tracking and delivery control
** Prepare transportation instructions and verify accompanying documentation throughout the shipment lifecycle
** Research and propose cost-effective transportation solutions and routing options
** Anticipate potential delays or risks and proactively minimize transportation time
** Prepare monthly reports (closed / in-process / open orders)
** Manage client requests related to cargo location, documentation, and service status
** Respond to and resolve client inquiries and complaints, ensuring high service standards
** Conduct market and operational research on behalf of management

Requirements & Qualifications:

We are looking for a motivated professional with strong analytical and communication skills:

** University degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
** Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (experience in sales or client service is a strong advantage)
** Fluent Georgian, English, and Russian (spoken and written)
** Strong business communication and presentation skills
** Advanced computer literacy: MS Office (especially Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
** Strong organizational and time-management skills
** Attention to detail, confidentiality, analytical thinking, and customer-oriented mindset
** Ability to work independently and as part of a team
