Our partner is looking for a Social Media Manager to own and grow their social media presence, with a strong focus on short-form, native content and active community engagement.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how platforms like TikTok and Instagram actually work - from trends and formats to audience interaction and performance.
Remote, Part-Time or Full-Time (scope defined with client)
Key Responsibilities:
** Creating native content for priority platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram
** Producing short-form videos and static / graphic content
** Writing captions, content descriptions, and profile copy aligned with the brand voice
** Managing daily activity across assigned platforms
** Handling community management: replying to comments, DMs, and engaging with the audience
** Planning, maintaining, and updating the content calendar
** Tracking performance and preparing regular reports (KPIs, insights, next steps)
** Briefing influencers and creators for UGC (User-Generated Content)
** Coordinating influencer/UGC deliverables to match brand and channel strategy
Platforms:
** TikTok (highest priority)
** Instagram
** YouTube
** Facebook
Requirements:
** Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Content Creator, especially for TikTok and Instagram
** Strong skills in short-video creation (filming, editing, or editing existing assets)
** Confident using Canva or Adobe for graphics and simple motion content
** Ability to independently ideate, plan, and execute content formats and campaigns
** Strong understanding of trends, platform best practices, and performance-driven content
** Experience with community management and basic reporting
** Fluent German
