About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support daily human resources operations. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee documentation, and general HR administration, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes.
Main Responsibilities:
** Full Recruitment cycle (candidate search → selection → interviews → offers → hiring).
** HR documentation management (contracts, orders, reports, etc.), SELF HR program.
** Participation and support in various HR processes.
** Interaction with company Employees.
Requirements:
** At least 1 year of experience in HR administrative support.
** Practical recruiting experience.
** Knowledge of HR processes and the basics of labor documentation.
** Languages: Georgian, English and Russian.
** MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
