Who are we looking for:

** We`re looking for 10 motivated Support Agents to join team. You`ll be the voice of brand — helping customers get the most out of products through email, live chat, and social media. This isn`t about reading scripts; it`s about understanding people`s needs and finding solutions that work.
** We are seeking individuals who can think critically, make informed decisions, and bring genuine empathy to every interaction.

Requirements:

** Excellent written English (primary language for all communication).
** Ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
** Strong computer skills and comfort with learning new tools.
** Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities — you need to assess situations, not just execute commands.
** Genuine motivation for customer support work and helping people.

Responsibilities:

** Engage with users across multiple channels (email, live chat, Facebook, Instagram) providing timely and professional responses.
** Deliver outstanding user experience by actively listening, understanding needs, and providing clear, helpful solutions.
** Exercise sound judgment and make logical, situation-based decisions rather than blindly fulfilling requests.
** Evaluate each case critically — they need thinking agents, not macro copy-pasters.
** Follow company guidelines, policies, and procedures to maintain consistency and quality.
** Work with Intercom and Meta Business Suite to manage user communications efficiently.

Nice to have:

** Previous experience in customer support.
** Familiarity with Trustpilot.
** Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
** Background in healthtech or wellness industries.
