What We`re Looking For
** 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in media buying or performance marketing
** Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and performance metrics.
** Analytical mindset — comfortable interpreting data and optimizing for results.
** Experience managing campaign budgets efficiently.
** Self-motivated, curious, and results-oriented — a true growth hacker at heart.
