Main responsibilities:
** Respond New enquiries of international patients
** Serve as an adviser by answering patients all program related questions
** Able to monitor analyze and convert leads
** Set goals, review pre-sales communication and ensure client`s satisfaction
** Track leads, monitor conversion rate and further follow up
** Manage documentation and monthly reports
** Close working relationship with doctor`s team
** Any other responsibilities assigned by immediate Manager.
Skills and Education:
** Fluent of English language
** Excellent Customer Service and Sales skills
** Good communication Skills
** Solution-oriented, proactive, and accurate
** Organizational and managerial skills
** Excellent Team player
** Ability to deal with stress
** Education and Experience
** Marketing, Customer Service or Sales Related Education
** Working experience in international companies is desired.
