Bravo Solutions, a leading operator of international crypto casinos and iGaming brands, is looking for a Discord Community Manager to grow, engage, and energize our Discord community.

Responsibilities:
** Manage, moderate, and grow our Discord community on a daily basis.
** Actively engage with members through chats, threads, events, and voice channels.
** Run contests, giveaways, XP systems, and community engagement campaigns.
** Create polls, discussions, and interactive activities that spark conversation and loyalty.
** Welcome and onboard new members, explaining rules, roles, and key channels.
** Coordinate announcements, promotions, bonuses, and updates with the marketing team.
** Maintain a safe, positive, and scam-free environment by enforcing community rules.
** Collect community feedback and sentiment and report insights to the team.
Requirements:
** Proven experience managing a Discord community (Crypto / Gambling / Web3 preferred).
** Strong understanding of crypto, iGaming, and online casino communities.
** Excellent English communication skills with a friendly and engaging tone.
** Ability to grow and retain community members organically.
** Experience with Discord moderation tools, bots, roles, and permissions.
** Confident handling conflicts, complaints, and high-activity situations.
Nice to Have:
** Experience running Discord events, giveaways, ranking or XP systems.
** Meme culture awareness and strong community-building creativity.
** Understanding of player behavior, gambling psychology, and retention.
** Experience working with DAO or community-led projects.
