The Georgian Business Council in the UAE and one of its` member companies is seeking a highly motivated and versatile Project Development & Implementation Specialist to support the creation, execution, and coordination of key initiatives. These include consulting projects, training modules, business events, and collaborative programs with partners across the UAE and internationally.

This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and can drive projects fr om initial concept through successful delivery. As a bridge between multiple stakeholders, the specialist will contribute directly to strengthening Georgia-UAE business, educational, and professional ties.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Development Part:

** Research, conceptualize, and design new initiatives such as consulting offerings, training programs, business missions, and community-focused events.
** Prepare proposals, project briefs, and implementation frameworks.
** Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities relevant to the Georgian and UAE ecosystems.

Project Implementation & Coordination:

** Coordinate end-to-end execution of approved projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
** Liaise with trainers, consultants, business partners, venues, and government/industry entities.
** Oversee logistics for trainings, workshops, conferences, delegations, or corporate programs.
** Supervise project deliverables, documentation, and reporting.

Stakeholder Engagement:

** Maintain strong relationships with Georgian and UAE institutions, businesses, and community members.
** Build, support and maintain B2B partnerships with partner organizations, agents, consultants, sponsors, and clients.
** Represent GBC and the partner organization at meetings, events, and presentations when required.
** Build and maintain B2B partnerships with consultants and agents for Dubai Branch

Operational & Administrative Support:

** Assist with drafting contracts, agreements, and presentations.
** Support marketing coordination (content preparation, event announcements, project summaries) wh ere applicable.
** Coordinate outreach events such as school/college visits, seminars, and mini-fairs (for Dubai market)
** Manage the complete lead pipeline: lead handling → counselling → documentation → closure (if necessary). Maintain CRM records accurately and follow up on lead progress.
** Contribute to internal improvement processes and strategic planning efforts.

Requirements:

Professional Requirements:

** Bachelor`s degree in business administration or related field (Master`s degree is a plus).
** Proven experience of at least 3 years in project management or training coordination or consulting, or similar roles.
** Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
** Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
** High professionalism, responsibility, and attention to detail.
** Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
** Ability to organize and manage tasks with deadlines
** Knowledge of Georgian language is plus
** Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Workspace and other digital tools.

Compensation & Benefits:

** 2, 200 - 2, 500 USD per month net salary
