Currently FCC is looking for Smoke free product Acquisition Executive providing for our contracted company Philip Morris Georgia (PMG) an affiliate of Philip Morris International Inc. - The world`s leading international tobacco company. The position will be based in PMG Tbilisi office.

We`re currently looking for an:
** Smoke free product Acquisition Executive to join our team and help accelerate the growth of our smoke-free category through meaningful, compliant, and data-driven consumer experiences
** Your `day to day`
** Design and execute consumer acquisition initiatives that raise awareness, encourage product education, and drive conversion across omnichannel touchpoints.
** Collaborate across functions, Consumer Experience, Commercial, Digital, Legal, and Experience to ensure seamless deployment of programs aligned with business and compliance priorities.
** Oversee external partners and frontliners to guarantee high-quality, consistent consumer engagement and representation.
** Monitor performance metrics, track insights, and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and maximize conversion.
** Safeguard operational excellence and regulatory compliance across all activation channels and initiatives.
Who we`re looking for:
** A university degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field.
** Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or consumer engagement — ideally in FMCG, retail, or hospitality environments.
** Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate cross-functionally.
** Strong analytical and communication skills with a consumer-first mindset.
** Proficiency in English (intermediate or above) and fluency in Georgian.
** A proactive, detail-oriented, and agile approach, with the energy to make an impact in a fast-moving environment.
