About the Role: We are looking for an entry-level Research Assistant to support our work in commercial real estate market research, valuation and advisory. You will work closely with our team, supporting ongoing projects, comprehensive valuations, conducting market surveys, and assisting with client reports. Prior real estate experience is not required - we will provide structured on-the-job training in our methods, data sources and standards.
This role suits a recent graduate or early-career candidate who has analytical mind and would be interested in building a career in real estate consulting.
Job Title: Research Assistant - Commercial Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:
** Assist in gathering and analyzing real estate market data.
** Maintain and update internal databases of market data, transactions and property information.
** Assist in preparing market outlooks, investment briefs and trend analysis reports.
** Draft sections of reports under supervision, after training.
** Perform basic calculations after training (cash flows, simple sensitivity checks).
Requirements:
** Strong analytical thinking skills
** Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
** Genuine interest to build carrer in real estate
** An Advantage (but not mandatory):
** Any prior internship or experience in real estate, banking, consulting or data/market research.
** Familiarity with core commercial real estate concepts, including net operating income (NOI), yields and capitalization rates, vacancy and absorption.
