We`re looking for a proactive VIP / Retention Manager to join our team and help build strong relationships with our VIP players while driving engagement and loyalty.

Role Overview:As a VIP / Retention Manager, you will manage relationships with high-value players, monitor engagement, and develop strategies to maximize player retention and lifetime value. In the early stages, you may also be tasked with various adhoc affiliate projects to support player management and retention initiatives while we build our VIP player portfolio.

Job Title: VIP Manager for iGaming
Location: Remote / Tbilisi

Key Responsibilities:

** Develop and maintain strong relationships with VIP and high-value players.
** Monitor player activity and engagement to proactively identify retention opportunities.
** Design and implement retention campaigns, personalized offers, and loyalty programs.
** Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to enhance the player experience.
** Generate reports on VIP activity, retention metrics, and campaign performance.
** Take on adhoc tasks as needed to support retention strategies and player engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

** 1-4 years of experience in VIP management, player retention, or customer relationship management, preferably in iGaming.
** Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
** Analytical mindset with the ability to work with player data and KPIs.
** Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
** Upper-intermediate English required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
** Flexible and willing to take on varied tasks as the VIP program develops.
