In this role, you will communicate directly with our existing B2B clients via phone and email, providing timely assistance, technical guidance, and exceptional service related to the SaaS solutions we offer.

Key Responsibilities:

** Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone and email.
** Provide effective troubleshooting and problem-solving for technical or service-related issues.
** Maintain strong, professional relationships with existing B2B clients.
** Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer challenges efficiently.
** Ensure all client interactions reflect the company`s commitment to excellence and reliability.

Qualifications:

** Excellent command of spoken and written English.
** Strong technical problem-solving abilities.
** High level of computer literacy and comfort with SaaS platforms.
** Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
** Friendly, professional, and service-oriented personality.

Compensation and Schedule:

** Salary: $1, 200 per month.
** Working Hours: 16:00 - 01:00 (night shift).
** Location: Saburtalo, Tbilisi Office
