IT Engineer - Microsoft
About the profile:
We are looking for an experienced IT Engineer to join our Enterprise IT team. The ideal candidate has a solid background working in enterprise environments and is confident managing Microsoft-based infrastructure and cloud solutions.
This role is for someone with proven, hands-on experience in maintaining IT systems, troubleshooting complex issues, and improving existing setups. You`ll work across systems, cloud platforms, and security to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
** Manage and support enterprise IT systems, servers, and cloud environments.
** Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Entra ID.
** Manage and support collaboration and communication platforms such as Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and related Microsoft 365 services.
** Support virtualization and endpoint management.
** Maintain clear system documentation and coordinate with vendors and service providers.
Requirements - Must have:
** English B1 or higher, with clear written and spoken communication for international teamwork.
** 2-4 years of proven experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or enterprise IT operations.
** Hands-on experience managing Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Windows Server environments.
** Practical experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
** Experience with endpoint management and monitoring tools.
** Knowledge of IT service management (incident, change, and request processes).
Requirements - Nice to have:
** AZ-104 (Azure Administrator Associate) or MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator Associate) certifications.
** Experience with other cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
** Experience with Linux environments - strong skills in both Windows and Linux are a big advantage.
** Familiarity with Intune, VMware.
** Knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, wireless).
** Hands-on experience with backup and recovery tools, especially Veeam.
** Understanding of ITIL and experience with ServiceNow or similar tools.
