Job Opening: Head of HR

Salary (Net): 3000-3500₾ (depending on experience)
Purpose of the Role:
We are looking for a highly qualified Head of HR to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing human resources processes, supporting team performance, and shaping a strong corporate culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition System Setup
** Define vacancy profiles for each department (sales, technical, service, warehouse, call center, mechanics)
** Organize and manage the screening process
** Publish job vacancies on relevant platforms (jobs.ge, hr.ge, LinkedIn, university career centers, etc.)
** Evaluate candidates and coordinate reference checks
** Develop and monitor KPIs in collaboration with the Head of Sales
Support Sales Team Management
In collaboration with the sales team, develop an evaluation system that allows company leadership to monitor:
** how effectively sales targets are being met by sales employees
** which team members need support or retraining
** which employees may not be a good fit for their current role
** HR should schedule monthly or quarterly performance reviews to identify employee needs and determine necessary changes.
Identify and Resolve Internal Issues
** Conduct regular meetings with teams and individuals
** Detect and resolve conflicts, motivation issues, or other internal challenges
** Foster a healthy and open communication culture
Motivation & Employee Development
** Take part in creating motivation and incentive systems (bonuses, career path planning, internal trainings)
** Oversee employee development programs — including training for technical staff and mentoring for new hires
Administrative & Legal Compliance
** Manage employment contracts and ensure documentation accuracy
** Monitor compliance with labor regulations
** Oversee vacation scheduling, absences, and disciplinary matters
Corporate Culture Building
** Develop and communicate internal company values
** Organize team-building events and employee recognition programs (e.g., Employee of the Month)
Qualifications:
Education: Preferably a Bachelor`s degree in Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience:
** Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Human Resources
** At least 2-3 years in a senior or managerial HR role
** Proven track record of setting up structured recruitment and selection systems
** Experience managing recruitment for teams of 25+ people is a strong advantage
