We are expanding our team and currently looking for a Junior AML Specialist to join us.
Job title: Junior AML Specialist
Location: Tbilisi, Georgia
Responsibilities/Duties:
** Process KYC information for individuals and legal entities to establish or continue business relationships
** Assess client risk levels and apply appropriate preventive measures
** Ensure proper execution of client identification and verification (including one-time transactions)
** Update KYC data and re-evaluate client risks in a timely manner
** Monitor client activity to ensure transactions align with their profiles
** Identify and escalate suspicious or unusual transactions to the Financial Monitoring Service (FMS)
** Conduct ongoing screening to detect sanctioned or high-risk persons
Requirements:
** Bachelor`s degree in Finance, Law, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
** Basic understanding of AML/Compliance principles and regulatory requirements
** Up to 1 year of experience in AML, Compliance, or a related area
** General knowledge of AML, CTF, sanctions regulations, and KYC procedures will be considered an advantage
** Interest in developing expertise in risk assessment, transaction monitoring, and regulatory compliance
** Good analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
** Working proficiency in English and Russian
