We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Customer Relations & Sales Administrative Specialist to join our team. This unique role blends client-facing responsibilities with essential administrative support in our property sales and aftersales processes.

Main Responsibilities:

** Prepare, review, and upload pre-contracts, registration documents, and cancellations.
** Manage updates to contracts, including client information, discounts, or modifications.
** Maintain and update property inventory in CRM.
** Coordinate with renovation and legal departments on property-related requests.
** Assist with broker and marketing agreements.
** Ensure accurate archiving of all documents in CRM and digital systems.
** Assist international clients during property registration, including preparing documents and accompanying them to relevant institutions.
** Provide logistical and translation support during client visits, including property tours and administrative tasks.
** Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, and social media.

Qualifications & Requirements:

** Bachelor`s degree.
** 1-2 years of experience in similar administrative or customer support roles.
** Strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
** Attention to detail and ability to work effectively within a team.
** Good command of MS Excel and MS Word.
** Languages: Georgian (C2 - Native), English (B2 - Basic), Russian (C1 - Fluent).
** Candidates with prior experience working in ERP and CRM systems will be given an advantage.
