We are currently looking for a Sales Team Leader (Native Arabic Speaker) to join our dynamic team in Tbilisi.

Main Responsibilities:
** Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
** Supervise daily sales operations, ensuring excellent performance and client satisfaction.
** Present and promote Arkan Property`s real estate projects to clients in a professional and engaging manner.
** Build and maintain long-term relationships with Arabic-speaking clients and investors.
** Oversee the full sales process — from inquiries and property tours to contract negotiations and deal closures.
** Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to sales team members.
** Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and suggest improvements in sales strategies.
** Collaborate closely with marketing, legal, and administrative departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
** Native Arabic speaker (mandatory).
** Fluent English (required); knowledge of Georgian or Russian is an advantage.
** Bachelor`s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
** Minimum 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales, including at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
** Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
** Ability to inspire and guide a multicultural team toward achieving goals.
** Organized, proactive, and result-oriented personality.
** Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
