Key Requirements:
** 1-7 years of experience in production planning or related fields.
** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
** Proficiency in production management software and tools.
** Excellent communication and team management capabilities.
** Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
** English levels from A1 to B2 preferred
Key Responsibilities
** Production Planning: Develop and update production schedules based on sales forecasts, inventory levels, and resource availability.
** Order Management: Review and prioritize production orders to ensure timely execution and delivery.
** Capacity Planning: Analyze production capacities, identify critical points, and ensure optimal resource allocation.
** Material Coordination: Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure the timely supply of raw materials and components.
** Production Monitoring: Monitor the progress of production processes and adjust schedules when necessary to meet deadlines and targets.
** Data and Reporting: Prepare regular reports for management on production status, delays, material consumption, and overall performance.
** Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in the production planning process and propose improvements to reduce downtime and production costs.
** Team Management: Manage the planning and dispatch team, assign tasks, and monitor their execution.
** Documentation Control: Maintain accurate records related to production plans, schedule changes, and order tracking.
** Cross-Department Communication: Coordinate effectively with production, logistics, procurement, and quality control departments to ensure smooth operations.
