Human Assistant Job Responsibilities

Human Resources Management:

** Formulate and implement the company`s human resources management policies in compliance with national labor laws, regulations, and aviation industry requirements;
** Establish, maintain, and update employee records, including employment contracts, licenses, visas, and training documentation;
** Manage recruitment processes: job postings, resume screening, interview organization, background checks, and hiring formalities;
** Handle employee onboarding, probation, transfers, contract renewals, and terminations;
** Manage and verify employee attendance, leave, sick leave, and working hours to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
** In accordance with company policies and employment contract requirements, apply for hotel accommodation and flight tickets for new employees;
** Arrange home leave round-trip tickets for foreign employees to return to their home country, as stipulated in the employment contract;
** Assist in arranging employee accommodation in Georgia, ensuring compliance with company welfare policies and requirements.

Training and Development:

** Organize and implement onboarding training for new employees, covering company overview, regulations, employee handbook, job responsibilities, and professional conduct;
** Coordinate with flight, cabin crew, and ground service departments to arrange training and recurrent training, ensuring employee qualifications and licenses remain valid;
** Organize career development and skills enhancement programs to improve overall employee competencies;
** Establish and implement performance appraisal systems, monitor evaluation processes, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Employee Relations and Welfare:

** Act as a communication bridge between employees and management, properly handling labor disputes, employee complaints, and internal conflicts;
** Monitor employee mental health and workplace environment, promoting corporate culture and team cohesion.

Compliance and Safety:

** Manage work permits and visas for foreign employees to ensure lawful and compliant employment;
Cooperate with Safety, Quality, and Compliance departments to ensure employee qualifications meet audit and regulatory requirements.

Finance Collaboration:

** Work closely with the Finance Department to provide timely and accurate employee information on monthly personnel changes (hiring, termination, salary adjustments, allowances, attendance, and leave) to ensure precise and timely payroll processing;
** Assist the Finance Department in verifying payroll data to ensure salary accuracy, enhancing compliance and transparency;
** Conduct regular reviews of HR and payroll-related data to prevent errors, safeguard employee rights, and ensure the company`s compliant operations.

Administration and Support:

** Draft, revise, and improve HR policies and the employee handbook, and ensure staff are well-informed and compliant;
** Organize company meetings, employee events, and team-building activities;
** Coordinate cross-departmental matters to ensure timely communication and efficient document management;
** Manage the registration, issuance, and return of valuable items (such as company electronic devices, access cards, and equipment), ensuring proper authorization, accurate record-keeping, and accountability.
