Role Overview:
The Admin Assistant, Vendor Bookings will be responsible for managing vendor applications, registrations, and communications for events. This role ensures smooth coordination between vendors and the company, supporting successful and well-organized festivals and activities.
Responsibilities:
** Handle vendor applications, registrations, and approvals.
** Maintain vendor agreements, documentation, and payment records.
** Act as the main point of contact for vendor inquiries.
** Keep an updated vendor database and booking calendar.
** Support management with vendor participation and revenue reports.
Requirements:
** Strong organizational and administrative skills.
** Excellent written and spoken English.
** Confident in email communication and record-keeping.
** Experience with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel).
** Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
