Hilton Garden Inn Tbilisi Chavchavadze is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic hospitality professional who is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences and leading a successful team.
Responsibilities:
** Oversee daily operations of the Food & Beverage department, including restaurant, bar, room service, and banqueting
** Ensure the highest standards of quality, service, and guest satisfaction.
** Lead, train, and develop the F&B team through coaching and performance management.
** Monitor financial performance, manage costs, and drive revenue growth.
** Ensure full compliance with Hilton brand standards, health & safety, and hygiene regulations.
** Introduce and implement innovative initiatives to enhance the guest dining experience.
Requirements:
** Experience in a managerial Food & Beverage role within the hotel or hospitality industry."
** Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
** Solid knowledge of budgeting and cost control.
** Fluency in Georgian; good command of English and Russian.
