Employment Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday
Salary: 1200 Gel + performance-based bonuses
Responsibilities:
** Recruit and onboard construction workers for projects
** Coordinate schedules between clients and workers
** Maintain worker databases and contracts
** Handle client communications professionally
** Ensure smooth cooperation between all parties
Requirements:
** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
** Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
** Fluency in English
** Proactive, reliable, and result-driven
