We are looking for an active and ambitious Customer Support
Representative ready to join our team.

Hard-skills:

** Proficiency in English B2 - C1 level;
** Ability to conduct professional correspondence in English;
** Desirable experience in online chats/technical support;
** Advanced PC user skills.

Daily tasks:

** Manage incoming correspondence via chats and email;
** Identify the root cause of client inquiries;
** Analyze customer issues and devise effective solutions;
** Coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
