We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Call Center Team Lead to oversee the performance of our chat-based customer support team. This role involves supervising daily operations, ensuring high-quality responses in chats, and supporting the team in achieving service excellence. The team currently handles only chat inquiries, with occasional outbound calls possible.

Key Responsibilities:

** Lead and support a small team of customer support agents;
** Monitor and review chat interactions to ensure quality, tone, and accuracy;
** Provide feedback and basic coaching to team members;
** Help resolve escalated or complex customer issues when needed;
** Report key issues and insights to management;
** Support day-to-day scheduling and task organization;

Requirements:

** Previous experience in a customer support or call center environment
** Strong communication and people-management skills
** Attention to detail and ability to spot quality issues in written communication
** Comfortable using chat platforms and support tools
** Flexibility to occasionally make or supervise phone calls, if needed
