Personal Assistant & Translator (Part-time Student Job - Tbilisi)

We are a small family - I`m a software engineer and online lecturer, my wife creates online content, and we have a 7-month-old baby.
We`re looking for a friendly, open-minded Georgian student to support us in everyday life during our first months in Georgia.
This role is a mix of translator, personal assistant, and local guide. We need someone communicative, helpful, and excited to make our arrival in Georgia easier.
What you`ll do:
** Join us when visiting rental homes and translate conversations with landlords
** Assist with basic paperwork and bureaucracy (e.g. utilities, SIM cards, registration)
** Help us figure out everyday things: where to buy what, how to get around, etc.
** Translate short texts or emails if needed
** Be a reliable point of contact for small everyday challenges in a new country
This job is for you if you are:
** A Georgian native speaker with fluent or very good English
** Currently a student (or similar part-time availability)
** Friendly, communicative, and open-minded
** Flexible with time and tasks - in October the workload will likely be higher, then less later (but can be adjusted)
** Curious about working with people from another culture
Bonus points if you
** Speak some German (not required, just nice to have)
** Have experience in marketing, design, social media, or similar
** Enjoy organizing, solving problems, and trying new things
We`re easygoing people and looking for someone motivated, positive, and happy to help.
It`s okay if you don`t know everything - we value attitude over perfection.
If we work well together and your skills match, there may be opportunities to continue working with us in our business later on.
