The roles and responsibilities for the planning engineer (Mandatory bachelor in Civil or Electrical Engineering) is as below,
** As a project planning and coordinator.
** Dedicated and shall be ready to work in the Georgia till the end of the project handing over i.e., receiving of TOC as per the contract.
** Responsible for the whole process of supplying of any materials, equipment, or any other items as per the project requirements in domestic or international.
** Responsible for all kind of Techno-Commercial requirement in the project.
** Support the PM, Civil manager & Construction manager for reviewing any documents before submission to employer/engineers and doing the coordination between concern team and client to get the approvals.
** Coordinate with the respective persons to receive the documents for the supply, construction activities, EHSS, QC documents etc. and review them along with PM and civil manger to ensure no mistakes before submissions.
** Strong knowledge in the below software which are essential for the project:
- MS Office (Specially in Excel, Word & Power Point)
- EIP/SAP
- MSP (Microsoft Project)
- Primavera 6
- KMZ
- Any other soft skills required for the company
Strong learning ability:
** External and internal stakeholder management
** Preparation of documents (whatever are applicable for the company) for planning, monitoring, and controlling of all project activities from supply to installation.
** Shall be responsible for the MIS works at the project level.
** Skilled in budgetary control and cost analysis
** Supporting the accounts and planning team of company`s country office and HQ
** Doing the cost estimations, JCR update, reconciliation of all kinds of costs, invoicing etc. as per the project requirement.
** Focused and result oriented to get the work done.
** Perform all works related to supply, planning & coordination as per the requirements of project.
** Proficient in English language.
Nature of Project: Construction of Extra High Voltage Overhead Transmission Line Project
Project Location: Between Tskaltubo & Lajnuri
Working Time: As per Georgian Legislations
Working Locations: In Tbilisi and Tskaltubo (Depends as per the project requirements)
