Work from home: The majority of the workload for this function can be done remotely. In addition, some tasks can be done at your own time of convenience as long as its done within 24 hours after task appears.
Mototravel Georgia is a travel agency that rents and operates guided tours for tourists by motorcycles and 4x4`s from its offices in Tbilisi and Kutaisi.
Professional English speaking and writing skills are a must for this position.
We are looking for someone to be the first line of contact for our customers and to do most administrative tasks.
Examples are as follows:
** Communication with customers by email, social media pages and phone
** Manage hotel bookings. Make rooming lists from customers info and make reservations at partner hotels.
** Manage, administer & organize incoming bookings in sheets
** Timely divide and delegate work to relevant colleagues for rentals and guided tours
** Arrange transfer from airport to hotel and hotel to Mototravel HQ
** Prepare outgoing invoices, collect prepayments and final payments
** Basic tour design and sales
** Prepare outgoing payments
** Offer assistance with notary documents for border crossings and help with Visa`s for Armenia and/or Georgia
** Continuously and pro-actively approach incoming requests
** Administer stock & order parts and accesoiries
** Prepare and fill out rental contracts in advance
Plusses:
** Being a motorcycle rider
** Experience with creating Meta ads
** Experience in tourism industry
