Daily Responsibilities:
** Preparation of consent forms and orders
** Preparation of contracts and legal review, preparation of own conclusions
** Participation in the development of standards, internal normative acts for the purpose of compliance with legislation
** Analysis of decisions submitted and documents prepared on behalf of the company and preparation of legal conclusions
** Providing consultation on simple legal issues at various stages of the company`s activities
** Communication with patients to discuss/acquaint with legal issues if necessary
Skills and Education:
** Fluency in English
** Higher legal education
** At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
** Experience in the medical field will be considered an advantage
Salary and Bonus system will be negotiated based on the applicant`s skills, qualifications and experience.
Location: Tbilisi
Schedule: full-time (5 days/week)
