Zawayia Holding Group is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive, fluent in Arabic and English, to join our expanding real estate team in Batumi, Georgia. This is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about sales and client service, with a preference for candidates who have prior experience in the sales field.
Location: Batumi, Georgia (Initial training in Tbilisi)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Please note: The selected candidate will be required to complete a training period in Tbilisi before officially starting in the Batumi office.
Key Responsibilities:
** Client Outreach: Identify and approach potential clients, with a focus on Arabic-speaking clientele.
** Sales Execution: Promote and sell properties from our diverse portfolio to meet client needs.
** Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
** Consultative Selling: Advise clients on property options, market trends, and investment opportunities.
** Target Achievement: Consistently reach or exceed sales targets
** Team Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing and customer service teams for optimal client support.
** Presentations & Negotiation: Deliver property presentations and manage negotiation processes effectively.
Requirements:
** Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
** Experience: Previous sales experience required (real estate experience is a plus).
** Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
** Strong interpersonal abilities and a customer-first mindset
** Self-driven, goal-oriented, and team-oriented
** Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Salary: 1, 750 GEL (NET)/month
Commission: Attractive performance-based commissions
