Remote (U.S. Based Preferred) | Commission
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Broker Agent to join our growing car hauling brokerage. As a Broker Agent, you will be responsible for securing loads, negotiating rates, and coordinating with carriers to ensure timely vehicle transport across the U.S.
Responsibilities:
** Source and secure car hauling loads via Central Dispatch, Super Dispatch, or direct dealer/auction contacts
** Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and clients
** Negotiate competitive rates and dispatch drivers
** Track and manage active loads from pickup to delivery
** Provide excellent communication and customer service throughout the shipment process
** Maintain accurate records of loads, clients, and carrier activity
Requirements:
** Experience in auto transport, dispatching, or freight brokerage (1+ years preferred)
** Familiarity with load boards (e.g., Central Dispatch, Super Dispatch)
** Strong communication and negotiation skills
** Self-motivated and able to work independently
** Reliable internet, phone, and computer setup
** Fluent in English (Russian, Spanish or other languages a plus)
Compensation:
** Commission-based, competitive percentage per booked load
** Potential for higher split for candidates with active client or carrier networks
** Flexible schedule, work from anywhere
