GE360, a growing and professional tourism company based in Tbilisi, is seeking a skilled and experienced Tour Operator to join our team. We are looking for a reliable and flexible individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional travel experiences and capable of handling tourist needs with efficiency and care.
Conditions:
** Full-Time, Flexible Schedule
** Location: Tbilisi, Georgia
** Start Date: Immediate
** Monthly Salary: 1, 300 - 1, 500 GEL (Net), based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
** Plan, organize, and manage daily and custom tours for local and international clients
** Coordinate logistics including transportation, accommodations, guides, and schedules
** Handle tourist requests, inquiries, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
** Maintain smooth communication with partners, suppliers, and internal team members
** Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
** Be available for on-ground needs and flexible to adjust plans as required
Requirements:
** Minimum 2 years of experience in tourism, travel operations, or hospitality
** Fluency in English (spoken and written)
** Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
** In-depth knowledge of Georgian tourist destinations and local travel logistics
** Flexible full-time availability, including occasional weekends or irregular hours during peak seasons
** Ability to multitask and manage operational challenges independently
