We`re hiring an Account Manager to help us build the future of iGaming.
Requirements:
** Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and the ability to manage each stage effectively.
** Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
** Willingness and ability to travel as required for expos and events.
** Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
** Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
** A positive and sociable approach to building client relationships.
Responsibilities:
** Develop and maintain strong relationships with casino operators, ensuring our games are properly positioned and promoted on their platforms.
** Analyze client data to identify growth opportunities and address performance challenges.
** Serve as the primary point of contact, managing and prioritizing client communication.
** Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients.
** Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building trust and credibility through clear communication and reliable service delivery.
** Stay informed about iGaming industry trends and provide feedback to the game-development team.
** Participate in event planning and coordination, from pre-event marketing to on-site support.
