Role Summary

Front Office Supervisor is passionate about customer service. She/he looks to make our guests comfortable while away from home, whether they are traveling on business or for leisure. Delivers experience that is "Exactly like nothing else". She/he has a keen intuition that allows him/her to anticipate needs and exceed expectations. Front Office Supervisor has excellent communication skills, can multi-task, is team-oriented, result-oriented and works diligently to resolve issues when they arise. She/he is constantly looking for ways to enhance the guest experience.

Role Main Responsibilities:

** Assist the Front Office Manager in the operational aspects of the front office.
** He/she is leading the front office team in meeting and exceeding the needs of the hotel guests with instruction and by example with the result of earning customer loyalty.
** Supports Front Office team to keep them focused on the critical components of operations to drive guest satisfaction and the desired financial results.
** Demonstrate professionalism, good judgment and enthusiasm when handling employee and guest concerns.
** Works with a high level of self-initiative and shows empowerment when handling operational issues.
** Has excellent time management skills, trains, coaches, motivates and gives appropriate feedback to her subordinates.
** Has excellent technical knowledge of the systems, SOPs and procedures.
** Financial Performance and driving of sales
** Has hotel product knowledge and presents the hotel services and facilities in a manner that drives the revenue and increases sales.
** Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work
** Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
** Handles complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others
** Improves service by assisting individuals to understand guest needs, providing guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed.
** Implements the customer recognition/service program, communicating and ensuring the process
** Empowers employees to provide excellent customer service.
** Looking for ways to enhance the guest experience.
** Provides feedback to employees based on observation of service behaviors.
** Serves as a role model to demonstrate appropriate behaviors.
** Fulfill any other tasks (within the scope of responsibility) assigned by the Management

Required Skills/Abilities:

** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Georgian and ideally another international language.
** Can multi-task, is team oriented and work diligently to resolve issues when they arise
** Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
** Excellent Interpersonal skills.

Education and Experience:

** Experience in the respective field.
** Experience of working in International Environment is must.
** Experience of working in Premium Tier Hotels is a definite plus.
