Sigma is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Experienced User Retention Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Retention Strategy Development:

** Design and implement pre-launch and post-launch retention strategies tailored to the Social Casino audience.
** Establish retention goals and KPIs to measure the success of initiatives.
** Create a roadmap for retention initiatives during pre-launch, launch, and growth phases.

Campaign Execution:

** Lead the development of personalized player retention campaigns, including loyalty programs,
** special promotions, re-engagement campaigns, and reward systems.
** Utilize CRM tools to manage lifecycle campaigns across email, push notifications, and in-game messaging.
** Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to produce high-impact, player-centric content.

Player Insights & Analysis:

** Analyze player behavior and engagement metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
** Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and retention tactics.
** Regularly report on retention KPIs, including churn rates, engagement rates, and player lifetime value, and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

** Work closely with product, marketing, and analytics teams to align retention strategies with overall project objectives.
** Provide feedback on game features and updates to improve player satisfaction and engagement.
** Collaborate with customer support to address player concerns and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Experience:

** 5+ years of experience as a User Retention Manager or in a similar role, specifically within the Social Casino or broader gaming industry.
** Demonstrated success in managing retention campaigns and improving key metrics such as player lifetime value and churn rates.

Skills:

** Expertise in CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and A/B testing.
** Proficiency in analyzing retention data using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
** In-depth understanding of player psychology and behavioral triggers in the social casino space.

Soft Skills:

** Strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
** Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
** Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
