About Hotel:
Paragraph Resort & Spa Shekvetili, Autograph Collection is a leading 5* luxury resort in Georgia, ideally located on the Black Sea shore of Guria region, between magnetic sand beachfront and a pine tree forest, well set to proudly represent the country on the map of luxury recreation.
The Role:
** In charge of 5 Restaurants/Bar
** Additional 2 outlets (Asian Restaurant and Beach club) to be opened in the 2nd quarter of 2025
** Leading a team of around 100 service staff
** Co-operating with the Executive Chef and his team
** Up to 1, 500-2, 000 covers per day during peak season.
General Requirements:
** Oversees the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets
** Ensures unwavering commitment to property standards and service excellence
** Leads diverse teams, fosters a positive work environment
** Coaches and mentors staff, providing guidance and support for professional development
** Manages scheduling, maintains optimal staffing levels
** Drives improvement initiatives, identifies areas for improvement, and implements solutions
** Monitors revenue and expenses, analyzes financial reports, and implements strategies to meet or exceed targets
Qualifications:
** Experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or Resort setting, ideally in Georgia
** Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
** Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
** A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and creating memorable experiences for guests.
** Understanding of international business etiquette and cultural sensitivities.
** Languages: Fluent English. Additional languages a plus
