Proxy Live Solutions is seeking a proactive, skilled, and highly organized individual to join our team as an Senior Shift Lead.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities, ensuring smooth shift operations and effective communication between departments. This role involves overseeing a group of employees, managing daily business activities, and reporting.
Key Qualifications:
** Excellent computer literacy skills, particularly in Microsoft 365 Suite and MS Excel, including knowledge of MS Excel formulas
** Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role within the iGaming industry
** Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
** Proven ability to lead and inspire teams
** Proficient in written and verbal communication in both English and Georgian
Key Responsibilities:
** Manage the floor operation team to ensure efficient workflow and high-performance standards
** Develop and analyze monthly KPIs to drive business performance and efficiency
** Monitor employee performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to enhance productivity
** Stay current with trends, regulations, and best practices in the Live Casino industry
** Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
** Assist in the recruitment of entry-level staff to build a strong team
** Prepare and deliver presentations to various audiences, ranging from small teams to large groups
** Attend meetings and conferences to keep abreast of industry developments and insights
** Lead by example, upholding professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic
** Work with internal programs such as Back Office, Office 365, Graffana, Jira, Teams account, Excel, Confluence, Workday, Training portal, PowerApps and Luxriot
