The role: Human Resources Administrator

Supports the Director of Human Resources in leading and managing the full scope of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

** Administrating HR documentation
** Monitors and Operations in Self HR system, ensures all work schedules and information recorded in the system by departmental heads is relevant to The Georgian Labor Code and Business requirements.
** Working & preparing all administrative documentations (contracts, orders, etc.)
** Sending & coordinating documents for personal file of new Team Members.
** Collect the documents for personal file from new team members and file them following the standard procedure.
** Work in HR Software (local and Hilton`s brand)
** Working on Documentations, like Vacations, Business trips, etc.
** Preparing Official Letters of Employments/References etc. as well as filing & archiving.
** Working on HR Monthly Reports as well as Vacation & Attendance Monthly Reports.
** Monitoring Vacations and Sick Leaves.
** Assisting HRD with appropriate documentation for payroll, and sending and submitting all data on timely manner on a monthly basis.
** Establish and manage interview schedules as well as conduct Interviews and prescreening.
** Administering pre-employment processes as well as onboarding, including reference and background checks and making the job offer.
** Ensures all JDs are provided by HODs and folded.
** Ensures all Team Members required documentation are provided on time to the HR Office and folded.
** Does the Heart of House tours to ensure all Team Member areas are clean and in good working position
** Participate in Hotel survey and take part in process of achieving Hotel`s targets in Guest Experience and Team Member Promise fields.

The Skills That Will Help You Succeed:

Experience & Skills

** Ability to read, write and speak the English and Georgian languages fluently
** Computer literacy (MS Office - Word, Excel, etc.), MS Outlook etc.
** Considerable knowledge of local code of labor
** Ability to effectively deal with employees and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse anger, resolve conflicts and collect accurate information.
** Ability to type to prepare correspondence and meet deadlines
** Experience working in hospitality HR
** Basic mathematical skills
** Attentive to details
** Effective communication skills
** Well groomed
