International ABA Center is Looking for an ABA Therapist (Applied Behavior Analysis)
Location: Tbilisi, Medical University
Employment Type: Full-time/Part-time
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic ABA Therapist to join our kindergarten group and support children with special needs. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in developing practical skills in Applied Behavior Analysis under the supervision of experienced ABA professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
** Support children during group activities, playtime, and daily routines
** Help promote communication, social, play, and adaptive skills
** Assist with data collection and observation of children`s progress
** Prepare educational and therapy materials as directed by supervisors
** Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured learning environment
** Follow behavior support strategies and classroom procedures
** Participate in training sessions, supervision meetings, and professional development activities
** Collaborate with therapists, teachers, and other team members
Requirements:
** Current student or graduate in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Speech Therapy, or a related field
** Interest in Applied Behavior Analysis and working with children with special needs
** Previous experience working with children is an advantage but not required
** Fluent knowledge of Russian is a must
** Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn
** Strong communication and teamwork skills
** Ability to follow instructions, accept feedback, and work under supervision
** Basic organizational and observation skills
