Title: Head of Sales Department
Location: Tbilisi
Reports to: General Manager
MAIN DUTIES:
** Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to maximize room occupancy, meeting space utilization, and overall revenue
** Collaborate with Revenue Management to set competitive pricing strategies, packages, and forecasting models
** Establish clear, measurable sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the department
** Nurture and manage relationships with key accounts, corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners
** Identify and penetrate new market segments to expand the hotel`s client base.
** Represent the hotel at major industry trade shows, networking events, and community functions
** Work seamlessly with the General Manager, Marketing, and Revenue Management teams to align sales initiatives with brand visibility
** Coordinate with the Food & Beverage and Operations departments to ensure flawless execution of group bookings and events
** Continuously monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and industry developments to pivot strategies proactively
** Prepare and present detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports and forecasts to executive leadership
REQUIREMENTS:
** Bachelor`s Degree
** At Least 3 years experience of Head of Sales Department (Hospitality Industry)
** Fluent English and Russian is required
** Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments
** High sense of responsibility and punctuality
** Self-motivated, smart, positive and energetic
** Detail oriented, able to work and make decisions independently
