Newton Free School is seeking an outstanding Computer Science teacher for the IB Diploma Programme.
Responsibilities:
** Plan and deliver engaging Computer Science and Programming lessons.
** Teach Python programming across middle and high school grades.
** Deliver IB MYP Design and/or DP Computer Science courses.
** Support students in developing programming projects and coursework.
** Assess student learning and provide constructive feedback.
** Contribute to curriculum development and department initiatives.
Requirements:
** Strong Python programming skills.
** Good knowledge of Java and/or Python.
** Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
** Knowledge of algorithms, computational thinking, and problem-solving.
** Familiarity with databases and SQL.
** Understanding of computer systems and networks.
** Excellent English communication skills.
** Experience teaching Computer Science, Programming, or related subjects.

** Passion for teaching and technology.
** Create a student-centered learning environment that promotes curiosity and critical thinking.
** Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
** Ability to inspire and motivate students.
